Hi!
In my case it appears at the moment that practices that come later in the lessons (such as siddhasana, samyama etc) are easy to learn and do “by the book” from day one. By contrast with the core practices of meditation and spinal breathing I don’t have such confidence eventhough I did them for a longer time than the later ones. For instance in meditation I still get many thoughts and rehearse the past a lot; in spinal breathing I feel cool and warm currents but I don’t see anything like a spinal nerve .
Has anyone had a similar feeling?
HI Lili,
Don’t worry about getting inside the spinal nerve Ive been doing AYP for a year now and still haven’t experienced that. Just keep those currents traveling up and down and the conductivity will be marvelous. you don’t have to wait for experiences like that before you add other practices and your supposed to have other thoughts in meditation just come gently back to the mantra and that’s just perfect.
Blessings
RICHARD
Thanks!
