Struggling with Consistency in My Practice — Should Sessions Be at Fixed Times?

Hello everyone. I’ve been practicing the AYP program for several years. My body tends to be on the less sensitive side, and during the last year my practice became inconsistent—I would sometimes skip sessions due to negligence and then try to do a full session whenever I had time.

I understand that with time I will gradually return to my usual duration. My question is about consistency:
Should I fix specific times for the sessions (for example, the first session at 8:00 AM and the second at 5:00 PM, with about 5–10 hours between them so there is still daily activity after the sessions) and stick to those times no matter what—even if the session ends up being only 2 minutes?

I’m asking because I noticed that my mind hasn’t really formed the habit yet or started to “crave” that routine.

I would appreciate any clarification. Thank you. :folded_hands: :sunflower:

Preferably yes - stick to fix times. But if that is not possible because of daily commitments, then make do with what you can.

Thank you, Sey. I will do my best to stick to fixed times as much as I can. I appreciate your advice. :folded_hands::sunflower: :candle:
