Social/psychological limits separate from Spiritual progress?

One question, and perhaps moreso directed at people who are familiar with people with ADHD, Social fobia, or other mental conditions that is scientifically established to be uncurable rather than accepted or integrated.

However you want to put it, do you know where the end of psychology research meets the spiritual states of Samadhi and spiritual purification? Well, if you do, then correct me because I don’t and am just curious to learn from you and all.

Here it goes:

Is it possible to suppress or not address psychological issues, yet progress for a long time anyway regarding the spiritual path and plane with continuous daily practice? And to later then after years of neglect go back to the social psychology of being a person in society and finding oneself asking
“Why did everything change for the better except my now very obvious lack of attention span and constant anxiety around people?”
I will add more context and try to rephrase the question..

Meditation/Sadhana certainly is the solution to everything, and especially, as it seems, in regard to lack of attention. “Seek the kingdom of god and everything will be added to you” - Jesus

However, when it comes to certain states of being in the world, psychologically. Is there not a limit some individuals needs to respect? Take ADHD as a perfect example. It is said to be because humans brains are different and that ADHD can not be ‘cured’ therefore.

A Rishi with Siddhis(Superpowers) can have ADHD and still let go into Samadhi and fly, yet have a storm of detailed riveting thoughts tumbling around in peace-- because Samadhi must be, and is, above all states and untouched by any mental structure we were conditioned into and perhaps limited by at birth? How would practice even count if Samadhi were anything less? Maybe ADHD can be lessened but what if ones way of acting in the world is just is supposed to be that way, and that one is diagnosed because of it?

In other words, the social psychological aspect of life can on one level be limited, yet one can be sage-level when it comes to intuitive wisdom and experience, right? Some souls are born with more smooth pass-by social roles and dharma, and some are not?

This thesis of mine fits well with monks being framed as lunatics and thereby going into the forest in exile where it does not matter how they act socially. No offence monks, but it takes one Lune to know one heheh. Maybe these neurodiverse, mental conditions, can point one towards nothing. Away from norms, and I mean any norms, and into the unknown of deep Samadhi where innocence and no conditioning of norms exist.

Well, that is all for me. Please disagree or add your two cents.
