just sharing a useful tip…when i do not do sirasana for several days due to my period i get really bloated…maybe it is the air in GI tract due to nectar cycle that gets accumulated (and maybe not
) …anyway the only way to release the air and feel relief from bloating is by doing sirasana again…instant relief ![]()
