Sirsasana for air in the GI tract

hello there :slight_smile:
just sharing a useful tip…when i do not do sirasana for several days due to my period i get really bloated…maybe it is the air in GI tract due to nectar cycle that gets accumulated (and maybe not :grin: ) …anyway the only way to release the air and feel relief from bloating is by doing sirasana again…instant relief :sunglasses:

What should I practice to get rid of “air” with easier asanas?
