Shopping for a "sharp cuticle snipper"

AYP lesson 108 on Kechari Mudra recommends a “sharp cuticle snipper (like a small
wire cutter)” for snipping the frenum.
Online venders call the tool a “cuticle nipper” (not a “snipper”). Regarding sharpness, this page argues for a nipper made of cobalt.

At 20.95, the NGHAI Cobalt Inox, appears to be a “best buy.”

Over the past month or so, I have started putting my sharp nipper to work, and doing so ever so slowly. Today I noticed progress in edging the tip of my tongue upward from the line of demarcation between the hard and soft palates. It triggered a pleasant little rush of ecstatic conductivity.

Warning: be careful not to bend the tips. They bend very easily. I bent mine, and had to do without a nipper for a while. Now I’m back to clipping.
