Hi All,

Podcasts covering the original AYP lessons have been being published since 2024, at the rate of one per week. Multiple channels for these can be found here, beginning with the long time AYP Yoga Youtube channel.

It has occurred that posting some (not all) of the podcasts here might be of interest. So we will do it. These are being embedded here from YouTube. If there is interest, we can add selected lessons from time to time.

Audio for all of the AYP original lessons, the lesson additions, and all the AYP books can be found on AYP Plus.
