Does Science recognize Yoga or Meditation as having value?
Yes, hundreds of studies have shown that meditation and yoga have a beneficial effect on our lives, from effects as profound as stress reduction, better sleep and increasing your IQ, to boosting the immune system and many more benefits. Of course science doesn’t officially recognize “enlightenment”, which is better than all the other benefits combined.
