Hi everyone,
My brother Tarang is suffering from a knee injury. He is a professional cricket player. It has happened many times in the past that he couldn’t play important matches because of some illness or injury. He seems to have formed a pattern of manifesting disease or injury when important matches are around. I wish that he fully recovers from his current injury and this negative pattern. He is a regular ayp practitioner also. Thank you so much for the prayers and the healing.

Please add my friend Cate to the healing samyama list. She deals with an immune system disease, and now has received a diagnostic of cancer of the bladder - stage 3. Cate has started to come to yoga classes three years ago, and she has a stable AYP practice of spinal breathing and meditation. Cate came to Menla last year, and was looking forward to this June retreat. Hopefully, she will be able to come next year.
