Premature crown chakra opening and kundalini

Thanks for the update Conny, glad you are doing better. I find in life I always fall short of the absolute perfect dynamic, but after carrying the crosses I’ve carried - finding better ways to manage things I am to carry is an absolute blessing.

Thank you so much for sharing this. It really helps to hear from someone who’s been through something similar. I’ve been focusing more on grounding lately, too, but it’s good to be reminded how much the simple things, food, nature, and daily routines can actually help. I’ll keep that in mind and try easing off the upper chakra focus for a while. Grateful for your insight.

I hope you are doing better

I wanted to give an update after keeping my focus on grounding for many months.

All of your tips actually helped a lot. I was already doing better when I wrote the last update, but I’ve reached a stability and equanimity that I’ve never experienced before.

Spinal breathing seems to be too intense for me—at least for now. I tried it for three days, for only two minutes each time, and the issues came back, so I stopped. For a while, my focus was only on grounding and nothing else, until I felt really balanced. I also learned a lot about nervous system regulation, and this has helped me as well. I think that because of the trauma and the need for control in order to feel safe, it really knocks me off my feet when I have realizations that leave me with no ground to stand on.

Realizations are happening left and right. The experience is becoming more and more nondual, and I’m absolutely okay with it. It doesn’t create as much fear in the body anymore, and because of that, the fullness of life and the love are able to come through. I’m still doing yoga every day, and I bought a grounding mat, which also helps a lot! I was very unsure whether these things would work when I bought it, but it really makes a difference.

The realizations happen completely on their own, without me trying to make them happen. Sometimes they leave me feeling a little ungrounded briefly, but there’s no resistance, and I settle back very quickly.

Who would have thought that the whole process happens completely by itself, without the need for pushing on my part?

Thank you all so much for your tips!

And if someone reading this is going through something similar: keep going and focus on grounding. It truly makes a world of difference.

That’s the way it is.

Practice sets intent.

God is the doer, we are a receptor.
