I will be starting online AYP retreats again, as I have found a beautiful local venue to use for teaching.
The first event will be an online retreat on Samyama which will take place on the weekend of 30th November and 1st December 2024 (Saturday and Sunday). We will be doing three practice sessions each day, starting at 7 in the morning, London time, with two back-to-back sittings.
There will be three talks on Samyama over the weekend, starting with the basics of the practice on Saturday afternoon and then looking at more advanced aspects of Samyama on Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon.
You will need Zoom to take part. There will be plenty of time for questions at the end of classes. All practices will be guided at first, so the retreat will be suitable for anyone at any level of ability.
