10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Introduction- Asanas, pranayama, meditation, samyama
11:05 a.m. - 11:55 a.m. Pranayama, meditation, samyama
12:00 p.m. - 12:30 p.m. Satsang
Cost: Suggested donation minimum $20 - a part of the donations will go to support the AYP website.
