Topic: Goddesses of Yoga: Durga. Goddess of Inner Strength and Warrior Goddess
10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Asanas, pranayama, meditation, samyama
11:10 p.m. - 11:55 a.m. Pranayama, meditation, samyama
12:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. Afternoon talk on Goddesses of Yoga: Durga. Goddess of Inner Strength and Warrior Goddess followed by questions & answers.
Cost: Suggested donation minimum $20 - a part of the donations will go to support the AYP website.
