Some people have asked what online AYP video courses will be produced next. Devrim Zahir has just completed the filming of an AYP Pranayama video course. This will cover all of the AYP pranayama practices. This course still needs to be edited and uploaded, but will hopefully be available by the end of this year.
I am also in the process of filming a video course on Spinal Breathing Pranayama. Spinal Breathing will be discussed in Devrim’s course, but because it is such an important practice I want to dedicate a course to it, to be able to going into some of the finer details. I am hoping that course will become available in January, or February 2026.
Both courses will be in English. They will be available here when they are complete.
