You say that during meditation, things are released from the nervous system. Are all the blockages we have in life stuck in the nervous system?

Hi Israel,
Yes, they are. But it is not the physical nervous system. It is the subtle nervous system which is the intricate system of chakras and nadis in the subtle body.
This means that the practice of meditation alone can fully purify the subtle nervous system, release all the blockages, and lead to liberation.
The whole process can be speeded up through the additional of practices such as pranayama, Samyama, mudras, bandhas etc. But, the journey will work with meditation alone.
