Meditation and shaking

Hello everyone , new here , i have been doing reichian therapy which is like TRE plus other exercises.

My pelvis shakes while i meditate and i wonder what should i do because i cant focus , its quite strong , i also feel bad the days after , as if a lot had been released.

When i meditate supported on the wall the shaking stops but i feel like i am missing out on progress.

I bought the novel today and i will go through the lessons soon.

Today i felt into a deep meditative state while in bed and started hearing a sound , i have heard flutes , bumblebees , guns being fired but today it was like a squeaky gun of a clown was being fired (hard to describe) , this had not happened in like a month and i think its related to me joining AYP. A voice told me that my two brains were becoming one and in this way i was transcending humanity.

Which exercises should i do to work with this?

Regarding the subject of meditation i think i will meditate without support on my back , this will make it hard to concentrate.

Advices are appreciated : )

Hi Ricardo,

Shaking, or trembling, are common symptoms of prana moving through the body and are an indication that purification is taking place. However, if the shaking is causing you discomfort or is causing you to worry, then it is best to reduce the spiritual practices you are doing and also engage in grounding practices. I believe that TRE is a shaking practice, so it could be a good idea to avoid that if you are concerned.

I would recommend that you read through the Main Lessons on this website. This will give you a good idea of what to do to make good progress. They start here:

Hello Ricardo,
Welcome to AYP. I’ve also had periods where involuntary movements occurred whilst sitting; I think this is quite common and suggests that spiritual energies are beginning to flow through the body. For me, it mainly involved nodding my head, but it stopped after a while. I’ve always appreciated AYP because of the opportunity it offers to follow a self-directed yet highly effective path of development. From my own experience with early-onset energy flow, I can only advise you to first build inner stillness through deep meditation before working more with the energy. All the best on your journey!
