I have a question relative to prescriptions and whether it is advised to not take prescriptions while having active kundalini. I was off meds when kundalini awakening occured. But then a 30 yo autoimmune diagnosis flared. Then menopause and related symptoms started. MD is suggesting starting HRT. My NP is against it but he has never been through menopause either.
