Along the kundalini energisation process, I wish to share my experience of the lower realm, which is not unique to me, a close friend, who is following the Radhaswamy Satsang Beas teaching also spoke of this and said it was both challenging and frightening.
By chance today someone else I know casually who does kundalini related practice under guidance, he too spoke of trauma related to encountering what we may call dark entities.
In my case, I encountered no less than Baphomet, the goat head. He looks exactly as shown on Wiki ~ Baphomet - Wikipedia .
it was a surreal experience but I sensed the presence of an invisible adept by my side, who however remained silent, though his presence was reassuring. Baphomet too said nothing but signalled towards five doors as gateways to realms or Siddhis perhaps and telepathically communicated that I could choose any or all as I wished. I hurriedly declined and moved on and that was that.
On another forum I’m active on someone else too encountered Baphomet and he too declined the boons offered.
Incidentally, in those days, there was a close friend of mine, who used to commune with lord Shiva frequently, he was being guided by Him actually in both energisation as well as visiting different realms and past lives and so on. I asked him to ask lord Shiva who Baphomet is. Well, lord Shiva simply smiled and said that Baphomet is a fully evolved being, in charge of the lower realms but he appears here and there as he likes for jest sometimes but there is nothing to be feared. After all the light of God or Self lights all lights in all forms.

About dark entities, I have a friend, who is an evolved medium and he has shared audios of different sessions where he was instrumental in the exorcism exercises. The audios always pertain to people who I do not know personally, to maintain privacy. I have gone through many such audios to gather wisdom as may be offered. Incidentally, the medium in question says that he himself does nothing, except to connect his client’s subconscious mind with the superconscious bypassing conscious mind. Why he calls them clients, I do not know, since he does not charge for his services. A higher being, usually correspondent to the belief system of the entity and/or client performs the step by step exorcism, through love and persuasion, not force. This is important. Love is the energy employed.
Speaking for myself, I have never undergone a session, not because I did not want to, just out of curiosity but because for whatever reason, the facilitation could not take place.
Anyway, I did have an encounter with a black magician once in an astral realm. The dark entity had superior control over the energies or elements to of that domain, so I was kind of being pushed back, which is when I appealed silently for assistance. Instantly an adept appeared, who I prefer not to name and he transferred a part of his ‘power’ to me. The black magician tried to flee but could not and was soon helpless, pinned on the ground. I could have ‘slain’ him if I wished but paused. The adept simply looked on as though curious as to what I would do next. I instinctively held out a hand to the entity, lifted him off the ground and wishing him well, sent him on his way. The master smiled and nodded in approval. Needless to say, no further attacks took place.
Such are lessons of love, forgiveness and acceptance we receive from universal consciousness.
