Hi Chris,
Posted April 10, 2021
Surgery was done near the end of that year and have been “clear” since then.

I’m glad you’re back to full health, dear Yogani.
thats fabulous news, wishing you all the best in your more semi retired role ![]()
Thank you Yogani for this lesson (I listened to the audio) and the reminder that the simple practices of SBP, DM, and samyama are all that is needed. In my dozen years of AYP there is strong “flywheel effect” in that little practice is needed to invite the silence and sensation forward and be there. Once conductivity was established all the extra practices fell away, chin pump, intentional mudras and bandas, and the mantra at one point fell back to simple AYAM again. None of this is because of overload; at this stage they are no longer needed in the purification of my neurobiology. Stillness in action in moments of daily living or trying circumstances is real as experienced, and I imagine liberation means this becomes a continuous knowing.
Thank you All,
Yes, it can be very simple. The regularity of our meditation practice, and especially its longevity, are what make the difference. Not so much about how many practices we can pile on over the short term. A basic long term practice can serve us well, especially during the storms of life. Meditate!
