Hello Forum, this is probably the wrong place to ask, but my question as the title says “is kundalini guiding us”. My kundalini spontaneously awakend 9 years ago. Initially along with the physical sensations I felt a presence/connection. At the time it felt like guidance, someone with me. Since the last seven years all I feel is energy in the base of my spine. This often actives when I’m thinking certain thoughts or behaving in certain ways. I’ve always thought the thoughts/thinking and behaviour at those times is right because the energy flows. I’ve always loved the energetic sensations, they make me feel high and very relaxed. So I’ve been working incredibly hard at getting things right. I also feel it activate when I connect with certain people, and that’s got me thinking that those particular people are right for me. Just to add, I’ve never been diagnosed with a mental health problem, and I’ve been in regular employment throughout everything.
I would say these are two separate things: repressed energy seeking a way to express itself, and the mysterious guidance we receive at certain points in our lives.
Hi Derek, it’s not guidance at certain points in my life for me, it’s sometimes daily, well that’s what it feels like. It’s gotten to the point were I need to speak to someone face to face. I’ve been really stressed lately.
Hi Ricko,
As kundalini develops we can experience increased intuition. That is quite normal and it can be good to follow our intuition at times. It is not always 100% spot-on though, so it can also be useful to have the guidance of a teacher who has been through the process of a kundalini awakening.
Hi Tristan, yes my intuition seems to have gone very high. It’s they way certain people affect me energetically, and not knowing whether it’s right to follow my intuition. I’m thinking always to follow my intuition, but I have been thinking lately to just ignore it. It’s a bit crazy making. I’m very exhausted and stressed by it all at the moment. I know someone I might be able to talk to face to face. That’s what I think I need right now.
Thank you.
