I will be leading this retreat in Sweden during the first weekend of September.
It will be a three night retreat (Friday to Monday) at the Shambala Yoga Retreat Centre, which is a beautiful yoga retreat centre on the shores of a lake near Skinnskatteberg. The dates are 4th to 7th September.

Hi guys,
We had a wonderful 3 days in Sweden with a fantastic group of people. The place was really beautiful and the food was amazing. A big thank you to the cooks at Shambala who prepared some incredible dishes over the weekend.
For practices we did 2+1 (two sittings in the morning, one in the evening) with an extra, dedicated asana class before lunch.
It was a real international event with people from Sweden, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, the U.S.A. and Mexico! It was my second time in Sweden and the first time I have experienced having a sauna and jumping straight into a lake! Something everyone has to try: absolutely incredible.
