Hi guys,
We had another great retreat last weekend at Lough Erne in the North of Ireland. The weather was fantastic for the whole weekend and we got to visit the magical island of Inish Rath with it’s Krishna temple.
We had a really great group and were very well looked after by Tim and Camen who run the centre and cook the food.
We did 2 + 1 in terms of practices (2 meditation sessions back to back in the morning and one in the afternoon), as well as separate asana classes which worked very well in terms of the cultivation of energy and silence.
Looking forward to next years retreat in Ireland.
