Hello everyone
I’m sure there must be a lot of people on this forum who have been
practicing ARP only a few months. It would be nice to discus any
problems or indeed experiences we are having with. Mulabandha,
Sambaavi, Asana, etc. After all a problem shared and all that, I am
sure we can all learn from each other.
That is what this forum is supposed to be for after all.
Parallel learning is the key word I think.
