Hey i was listening energetically programmed fields from you tube not anything for kundalini but only for my general body from last 2 years my body is severly overloaded i experience lot of anxiety head pressure body sensations ,body heat,hair thining,hair greying please help me my body is overloaded with energy nothing seems helping i dont know what is this happeing i dont have any knowledge about all this without knowlede i kept on listening these audios

The first thing to do is to stop listening to the audios. Listening to spiritually energetic audio can be beneficial at times, but if it is causing energetic overload, then best to stop.

But i was not listening audios for spirituality i was listening like for my skin and other things but one thing that helped me was yin and yang balancing but u know i am so overloaded not able to listen anything now i dont know what to do doing yoga and alternate nostril breathing

It does not make a lot of difference what the motivation is for engaging in spiritual practices such as listening to spiritually energetic audio. If someone is sensitive, then it will affect them, and if they are very sensitive they can end up in a state of energetic overload.
I would actually suggest not engaging in any spiritual practices for some time. Focus on grounding and on becoming stable again. Then, when you feel stable, you could gradually start to re-introduce spiritual practices. If you are not sure how to do this then you can start reading from Lesson 10 in the AYP Main Lessons, and it will guide you through the process.

It could do, yes. If people engage too much in energetic spiritual practices before they are ready, then it can be harmful. But, it is no use worrying about that now. The important thing is to focus on stopping all spiritual practices and on getting grounded and stable. It might take a few weeks, or a few months, or longer in extreme cases, but it will work. Everything will be OK.
If you follow the spiritual path over the long term, there will come a time when you are not concerned at all about the colour of your hair.

Kundalini can awaken whether someone wants it to happen or not. It does not need permission, or even ask for it.
Any gentle physical activity can be grounding. So, cleaning the house and cooking are both grounding activities. Also, socialising (even if it is on the phone) is grounding, as well as eating heavier foods, drinking pure water, and avoiding too much sex.
Prayer should be avoided as well as chanting, reading spiritual books and watching spiritual videos or movies. Even watching romantic movies should be avoided as that can open the heart chakra and make kundalini symptoms worse.

Alternate Nostril Breathing is a very gentle form of pranayama that calms the mind. It is so gentle that it may not increase energetic overload. It depends on the person. If you find it helpful, then you could use it to help calm yourself.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with energy overload while seeking better health. I have had similar experiences myself after receiving healing energy. As Tristan often says, the energy itself doesn’t care about the purpose for which it was received; it can still become overwhelming and even prematurely awaken Kundalini.
It’s important to understand that inner restlessness or intensified worries can be symptoms of energy overload, especially when blockages start to dissolve. Sometimes, this may lead to actions that exacerbate the energy issue, such as using more or different healing energy. Therefore, it’s crucial to remain as calm as possible and avoid impulsive actions. Fluctuations in energy flow intensity, even across several days, are also normal.
Most of the time, there is an inner wisdom that guides you on what helps to calm the energy and what to avoid. While there are general good practices, as Tristan pointed out, individual factors also play a significant role. For example, I’ve discovered that overheating my body from too much sun exposure is not beneficial. It’s also wise to avoid spicy foods and anything you know you are allergic to or have an intolerance for. Eating meat can help to decrease energy levels, but if you have Alpha-Gal syndrome (an allergic reaction to red meat following a tick bite), consuming meat would be counterproductive. The same principle applies to all other aspects.
I’ve also noticed that a strong upright sitting position stimulates energy flow. While pranayama practices, like alternate nostril breathing, can be very gentle and balancing on their own, sitting upright while practicing can generate more energy. Sometimes, balancing the energy is more important, even if it means causing a gentle stimulation.
For grounding, I find that going for walks or lying on my back in a relaxed position is particularly effective. Initially, the energy may flow more strongly, but it eventually settles and balances out, leaving me feeling better afterward. I focus my attention on areas with heightened activity or other points such as the forehead, solar plexus, or hands and feet without directly engaging the energy.
Changes in hair, as you’ve described, could be a result of stress caused by excessive inner energy, but other factors might also be at play. For instance, undiagnosed gluten intolerance or long-term use of acid-reducing medications could lead to nutrient deficiencies. Gradually investigating issues like these could be beneficial if you notice that not everything is physically well.
Overall, there are many ways to support your physical health, and I recommend focusing on this aspect, especially if support from spiritual healing energy is difficult due to an overload of energy within the system.
If your financial situation allows, you might consider undergoing a hair mineral analysis. This can reveal deficiencies in essential trace elements, and if there is any exposure to harmful elements such as arsenic, lead, or barium, it will likely be detected.
Many people today are deficient in good trace elements, which makes them less resilient in dealing with stressful situations. If you wish, you could regularly enjoy a cup of soup made from the bones of organically raised pasture animals. This contains many trace elements and collagen, which is beneficial for the intervertebral discs. Alternatively, you could incorporate small amounts of seaweed from the North Atlantic (I would advise against consuming anything from the South Pacific due to the reactor incident in Japan, as well as being cautious about the Mediterranean, which is partially polluted). Omega-3 fatty acids from flaxseed oil, camelina oil, or small amounts of rapeseed oil, as well as lecithin, can strengthen the nerves over the long term. Many issues also arise from deficiencies in magnesium or vitamin B12.
