If one presses the forehead to a mirror and gazes directly, one becomes Cyclops, and looks directly down/up/through the shushumna. If one is quiet and open enough in the white noise there is communion, or self hypnosis, either way unity.

I tried your suggestion briefly and found it pretty intense. I plan to return to it after my next meditation session when my mind is more still and open.
It is really intimate to gaze into your own eyes and a good opportunity to inquire about the hesitation to do so
always fair to ask who am I anyway?
