i m trying to find the book I read many years ago by a TM teacher,it was about the brain and Bliss.
Bluish cover seem to remember.

just a guess, from a quick search on amazon: Everything You Want to Know About TM – Including How to Do It by John White; light blue cover, explores consciousness.
You might also try searching through rare collections of spiritual literature catalogues using those key terms. Good luck.

Thankyou Aum, I think it could be Peter Russell,he thinks it could be him also but I can’t find any of his with Bliss in the title,I will keep looking.thanks for your suggestions.
