Becoming the mantra

Hi all,
Few days back during DM I somehow became the mantra I am.
May sound crazy but my whole being was vibrating the I am mantra and
there was tons of bliss. It feels like a experience I could repeat. I know how to get in that state. Question is: is this scenery and should I focus back to my normal DM routine ?
Looking forward to your views,
Namaste,
George

Yes, this is part of the journey. If it happens during meditation and you are doing the practice, just let it be. If it happens and it interferes with the practice, just return to the mantra. Do not favorize the experience, do not fight it. Continue the practice.
Good things are happening. The guru is in you - and who are you?

Becoming the mantra in bliss is wonderful scenery, and yes, continue on with your usual practice. These experiences are like bird song, happening in real time, untamable, and beautiful.

Hi George,
If you notice yourself wanting to get into a particular state during meditation, then treat that as any other thought arising in the mind, and favour the mantra with your attention over the thought.

Thank you so much for your replies. I guess when it happens it happens but if I want it to happen then favour the mantra with my attention over the thought.
