What is Bastrika?
Bastrika is a pranayama, whichwe call “spinal bastrika pranayama” in the AYP lessons.
Spinal bastrika pranayama is rapid breathing, like a dog panting, done with the diaphragm only, while tracing from perineum to third eye and back, in the same way as with regular spinal breathing.
