During December 2025 I will be leading another residential retreat in Devon, England. The topic for this retreat will be “Samyama and Samadhi”. It will be a 6-day (5-night) retreat running from the 9th to the 14th December 2025.
December is usually a very quiet month in England, so we will take advantage of this to go deep into inner silence. The retreat will be suitable for people of all levels of experience.

Hi all,
The Bala Brook retreat centre has been put up for sale, so this retreat taking place in December may be the last AYP retreat that takes place at Bala Brook.
It is possible that when a new owner is found, they will want to continue running the centre as a spiritual retreat centre, but this is not certain.

Hi all,
Unfortunately this retreat in December will not be going ahead as the organisation that own the retreat centre decided to sell the property. Everyone who was booked onto it has been offered a full refund, or a place on another retreat.
This is the first time in 15 years of running AYP retreats that I have known a retreat centre to do this, so fortunately it does not happen often.
