Perfect name for AYP, I must say…
Sahaj = simple… that is exactly what AYP is about… keeping it simple. 
My husband used to say … any practice involving discipline , regularity , strengthening our beliefs , positive thinking to improve our physical & mental health requires support of each other ( both husband & wife ). I was not believing that at first , but now I see the difference 
Am able to continue this practice regularly because of each others support & more importantly because of the simplicity of this program … I must thank Mr Yogani & everyone who teach/share their views regarding our queries & the simplicity of this practice !! Although people do manage to do on their own too with very strong intent & will power … I hv seen many examples !! But still many of us do need some clarifications at times for better understanding … atleast I do !! Sometimes even talking to each other helps to a great extent !! And our AYP friends 
are also there for us thru this forum
