From the 23rd to 29th June 2026 I will be leading a 7-day (6-night) residential AYP retreat in Pembrokeshire, Wales. The topic of the retreat will be Samyama and Samadhi. We will be looking at the AYP Samyama practice and also at the third and fourth chapters of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. The YSP is a 2,000 year-old text which is the earliest known text to discuss the practice of Samyama.
We still have some places available for this residential retreat taking place in Pembrokeshire, Wales, at the end of June. There are still a few beds available in the main house available for women, and there are several glamping options in the garden available for both men and women.
Alex Wales will be teaching with me, and my daughter Ishana will be doing the cooking.
