The retreat is officially going to be June 8-10 at the Shambala Mountain Center (shambalamountaincenter.org). The price will depend on the room that you want. Please email me to find out specific prices. Thanks!

We are having an AYP Deep Meditation Retreat in Colorado, June 8-10, 2012, at the beautiful Shambhala Mountain Center in Red Feather Lakes.

Newcomers are welcome on the retreat. Instructions for AYP Deep Meditation, Spinal Breathing Pranayama and basic Asanas (postures) are included as needed at no additional cost.

Due to lack of interest, this retreat has been cancelled. Nicole says she would like to try again at a later date, and whenever the time comes for a Colorado retreat, we will do all we can to help.
