Has anyone who practices AYP regularly (SBP, DM, Samyama) taken the Reiki Tummo workshops taught by Irmansyah Effendi? If so, could you please share your experience with workshop(s) and if they provided any assistance to your AYP practice. Particularly interested in whether you felt they were of any benefit in the cultivation of ecstatic conductivity, grounding and the opening of your heart. And how you integrated it with your AYP practice.
