Asana sequence with picture links

Here is a sequence I have been doing everyday for a couple of months now…it is a little on the “advanced” side, but for those of you who already do some advanced asanas I thought I would post this here in case you wanted to try it out. I usually do it in a “flow” and it usually takes me about 25 minutes to complete it. Hope those of you who try it out enjoy it.

that’s pretty wow, Carson.
I do a super sun salutation adding each side Warrior, side plank and five of what I call ‘Yogic’ pushups, very slow and mindful and with the breath, but nothing like that! very wow.
You should put up a video of that sequence.

I am particularly impress by the youtube on nauli.

Hi All:
It is suggested to end any asana routine with several minutes of savasana (corpse pose), especially when immediately preceding sitting practices (pranayama, meditation, etc.). This is an important transition posture.

As Yogani says, all asana routines should end with Savasana for at least a few minutes…I thought this was a given so I didn’t add it in, but I now realize that this isn’t as obvious as I originally thought…remember to have a rest at the end before you move into sitting practices.
I am working on putting a video together of the sequence, but I don’t have a very good camera (just a crappy photo camera that takes crappy video) and no video editing software, but I should be able to get a video together within a few weeks I think. Not sure how I will post it here yet but I will figure something out.
