Just wondering if it’s OM I’m hearing, sounds something like a starry cricket gentle sound that flows in and out kind of like louder to softer I guess, don’t even know how to describe it!
Also when I get the kundalini surges after 3 or so surges and it stops I hear this same sound I’m completely paralysed but in bliss. It’s been two weeks now that it’s gotten louder and obvious, before it sounded like a very subtle crickets sound.
It’s very relaxing to listen to especially when going to bed.
Should I meditate on the sound? Or it’s just scenery aswell?
I’m also getting ear popping and back of head popping cracking sounds, I feel it happens when the energy is raising up but not sure.
