I am nearly 50 and have been practicing yoga since age 13. I have a few gray hairs, but otherwise in great shape, and people say I look MUCH younger than I am. So certainly yoga has beneficial anti-aging effects. Many practitioners will attest to this.
However, I don’t have the slightest interest in bodily immortality. That’s not why I do yoga.
Practice yoga for any reason you wish.
