When you jump, do you feel the blood go into your feet and fingers? I remember feeling that when I had a trampoline, many years ago. I also feel it when I run…is that supposed to move the lymph as well?
Perhaps just stimulating the periphery (feet and hands) causes increased lymph flow. This may be why classical siddhasana and lotus pose are said to be two of the best.
