Diet and Doshas, etc

As I’ve explored eating more “raw” I bumped into the heating effects of certain foods esp spinach which I’ve had to reduce.
That experience got me interested in doshas but I’m not 100% sure which one I am. Anyone know of a good online questionare?

Hi Yoda, try this one…

That is the best one I’ve seen, but I have trouble with these questionnaires. It always seems like I’m all three choices. Can anyone help me out with that?

You probably are all three. Most of us are combinations, with one or more dominating. If you took the questions at different time sof the year, or day, your answers are likely to vary. All the same, try getting someone who knows you well to do a second vote on the choices… might make you surer of one or the other.

So I’m a 40-22-38.
Another test made me less sexy, around 30-20-50.
Actually, I think I was born Vatta and I’ve been drifting to Kapha as time goes on in mind as well as body. Eg: when I was a pup, I couldn’t put on muscle for the life of me. Now I can grow muscle just by thinking about it. Now too much weight is the issue… My mind used to be very excitable now it’s more mellow, etc.
But given that I’m some sort of V-K mix… what’s the next step? The Vatta’s say tomato and Kapha’s say tomato, should I call the whole thing off?
Any suggestions welcome.

I once answered a similar questionaire which mainly made me a vatta.
Now when I tried to answer this particular questionaire,
I found it very difficult to answer any of the questions.
It seemed that no option (a,b,c) really described me,
or I just don’t know which option to choose.
There are however some points which are bothering me:
my body height is 182 cm
my body weight is 58 kg, which is quite low
I very often have cold hands and especially cold feet
I often am trembling, for ex. when writing, when in stress.
I am now 52 years old, 25 years ago I had part of my thyroid removed,
I am not taking any medicine at the moment.
A few weeks ago I started to take some herbal supplement
for balancing the thyroid. It probably takes time to take effect.
I find myself too impatient with myself and I find it
difficult to self-pace, because of a strong bhakti.
Anybody here feels to give additional advice to me ?
regards
Wolfgang
