I’ve just finalized the details for the new AYP Deep Meditation group in Calgary, Alberta Canada.
We’ll be meeting every second Sunday, from 7-8:30pm, starting June 24th, 2012. We’ll be meeting at the Tao of Peace in Bowness; http://taoofpeace.com/#!/home
The group is by donation and all money collected goes to pay the rental fee each week.
The schedule will be as follows;
Arrive: 7-7:15pm (doors will be locked at 7:15)
Instructions for practice: 7:15-7:30
Breathing: 7:30-7:40
Deep Meditation 7:40-8
Rest: 8-8:10
Questions/Sharing: 8:10-8:30
The Tao of Peace is a really beautiful place, the energy is very smooth and the staff are genuine and welcoming. They even plan to join us in meditation when they can. I hope to see some of you who are in the area there someday soon.
