An AI Assistant has been added to AYP Plus, covering the full written content of the expanded (x2) lessons and all the AYP books (16), enabling comprehensive Q&A support responses, exceeding what can be provided by AIs utilizing AYP content available in the public domain. You can find the AI Assistant on the top of the right side border and in the top menu of the AYP Plus website.
The AI assistant is driven by Google’s NotebookLM, with all the AYP books uploaded into it, covering all of the text in AYP Plus, about 6000 pages of content. The AI has been extensively tested, and can accurately answer questions on the specifics of anything and everything related to the AYP practices and their results, as well as any background and overview questions. Written Q&As can be in whatever “output language” the user chooses in settings. The AI Assistant can handle written communications in many languages.
The AI Assistant can be targeted on any of the books, or all the books. It does not cover the extensive audio and video resources available in AYP Plus. Nor does it replace the original writings. It can create very informative text responses and audio overviews of its own. It can also create a “Mind Map,” providing useful pathways through the AYP Plus knowledgebase.
When AYP Plus was launched in 2015, I hoped that one day Artificial Intelligence (AI) could be incorporated to provide comprehensive teaching and support capabilities based on the writings. That day has arrived. This does not minimize the ongoing efforts of the many humans who are working tirelessly to bring the knowledge of Yoga and “applied spiritual science” in all its forms to as many around the world who can make use of it. But we humans come and go, and maintaining the consistency of spiritual teachings over the decades and centuries has always been a challenge. This has been true with oral teachings especially.
Writings that have been created since antiquity have helped retain spiritual knowledge, benefitting us all in the present. To help carry the benefits of spiritual writings forward, AYP was created, with longevity in mind. Now we have the internet, and AI arriving on the scene, which can provide useful interactions with knowledge, both in the present, and hopefully far into the future. I am very happy to see these developments in the application of the knowledge of human spiritual transformation. May it help lead to a fully awakened humanity. We each are doing our part as we sit to meditate each day.
A limited “AI Chat” feature has been added to the AYP website, covering the public Main and Tantra lessons. It can be found in the top menu and top of right side border of the site.

Welcome to the wonderful world of AI, where a lot of AYP content can be easily queried, and your questions on anything related to Yoga, spiritual practices and experiences can be answered in detail.
With AI added to AYP Plus, and to the Main Website Public Lessons, the next objective has been to get AI help installed on this Public Forum.
Installing AI on the public forum is a bit of a challenge, because it has 20 years of history and many thousands of topics and posts. So it is a lot of content to process and upload into our current AI service. So far, there has been some initial progress with adding partial content, providing an AI Overview of the forum, and it is being offered here on a test basis for your consideration. A Google logon is needed to access any of these AIs.
In time, we will add to the forum knowledgebase for a more complete AI service. What is there now is not too bad, enabling help with forum navigation and overviews on content. It can also interactively summarize AYP practice support discussions to a degree. So feel free to check it out. Feedback here is welcome on any of the AIs we have been rolling out.
It should be mentioned that all three of the AIs implemented recently (AYP Plus, Main Website & Forum) have AI-generated audio podcast summaries, overview briefing docs, FAQs, study guides and “mind maps” installed. That is in addition to the Chat (Q&A) feature, and multiple language capability. So there is a lot to explore in these AI tools.
The hope is that AI will be a help for accessing the extensive AYP teachings and support discussions.

PS: The forum has an excellent search feature (spy glass at the top of the page), covering the full 20 year content of the forum. So there is already a good resource for exploring discussions of interest. Adding an AI tool provides an additional research feature.
The Forum AI has been upgraded with extensive content, and can now answer just about anything about practices and experiences, as well as any general and background questions about AYP, and the 20 year evolution of the forum community.
The AI link has been added to the “AYP Public Forum” title block at the top of all pages as “AI Support.”
The hope is that the AI will be a useful support resource, and help stimulate more discussion in the live forum where we humans congregate.
