Hi Everyone,
I have been practicing Amaroli for about 6 months now and doing well with it.
I have been asked by my doctor to do a liver cleanse and I’m concerned about whether I should continue amaroli during the cleanse.
Any thoughts or recommendations??
The cleanse is with supplements and diet changes for 4 weeks.
